Are you tired of working all day and trying to keep up with a rental property? Want to spend more time with your family? Let us help you free up some time,

Let us handle the applications and screening process. You just tell us what you're looking for and we will make it happen.

We are constantly taking classes to refresh our knowledge and always keeping up with the latest landlord/tenant laws.

We do a comprehensive background and credit check. Part of our application process is contacting current employers and past landlords, reviewing credit history and deciding if the tenant is the right fit for your home.

As your property manager, we will do everything we can to help you and the tenant avoid legal action. If necessary, we will go to court on your behalf and fight for you.

We handle all the paperwork, track income and expenses, maintenance requests and anything else that may arise. At the end of the year, we will provide you with the necessary information to hand to your tax preparer.

We do quarterly check-in and drivebys to ensure the house is still standing, the yard is maintained per HOA regulations, and verify the inside is still in perfect condition.

We verify our vendors hold a current, valid license before using them. We constantly stay in touch with our vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance repairs.

We can also use your vendors if there is someone specific you like using.

We will let you know if you should raise your rent or stay keep it at the current rate based on the market.
